GRAW offers measurement devices and systems
for wheel measurement

Wheel rim thickness gauge RTh: The gauge makes quick and accurate rim thickness measurement possible, the measurement results may be stored in the electronic memory of the device.

Gauge for measurement of the inner wheel faces distance - AZ: The device is designed for measurement of distance of the inner wheel faces (Az symbol) - wheel rims or tires - used in railway rolling stock.

Laser wheel and bogie measurements: System designed for depots, operating autonomously, essentially needing no maintenance. Readings are transferred to the remote database over the plant LAN.

A-B Wheel Profile Gauge: Portable wheel profile gauge; acquired profiles may be automatically evaluated by the custom PC software provided and compared with the theoretical ones or those measured previously.

Electronic Vernier for Wheels: Portable vernier for wheels; very fast automatic operation with wheel data displayed immediately after the reading. Dedicated PC software is available for reporting and storing the measurement data.

Wheel Master WM-2: 2-point wheel diameter gauge; very accurate, increases productivity by storing the measurement results, their averaging, comparing with other wheel in a wheelset. PC software is included for reporting.

Wheel Master WM-3: 3-point wheel diameter gauge to be used where WM-2 cannot be used because of limited space available; very accurate, increases productivity by storing the measurement results, their averaging, comparing with other wheel in a wheelset, bogie or car. PC software is included for reporting.

Wheel Flats Detection Systems: Wheel flats detection system; easy to install, includes database where all wheels' data, including thei history, is stored and analysed for maintenace purposes.

P&D wheel geometry diagnostic database: Database storing all wheels' data collected with wheel profile gauges, electronic verniers, wheel flats detection systems, laser based wheel geometry measurements system. The system may store and process data from multiple units of a company.
