GRAW offers various measurement devices and systems for track, rails, and switches

Digital Track Gauge DTG
Portable lightweight digital track gauge for track and turnout geometry measurement. The device can also record the infrastructure visual inspection results.
TEC Trolley
Electronic track gauge for collecting track geometry data and presenting it in a way similar to the results obtained from the EM 120 geometry cars.
TEE Trolley for Track and Turnouts
Electronic track gauge with all features of the TEC one, extended by the capability of measuring and logging the geometrical parameters of switches.
Laser-TEC Trolley with Range Finder
Laser range finder add-on mounted on the TEC trolley measures objects with size exceeding Ø10 mm, like: light signals, tunnels, platforms, intertrack space, as well as height of the contact wire, poles - all elements within 7 m from the track axis.
Total-TEC Trolley
Trolley with prism for Total Station. The standard trolley keyboard software is extended to handle the additional measurement files.
RSG - Rail Straightness Gauge
Straightness gauge for welds with the capability of measuring waviness of rails.
X-Y Profile Gauge for Rails and Turnouts
Profile gauge for the continuous measurement of the transverse profile of switches or rail head.
Rail Head Profile Gauge
Profile gauge for rail head used together with RSG for commissioning and planning grinding jobs in the track.
Real time and stationary systems for geometry cars
They have been developed for results obtained from the EM 120 type geometry cars, operated by diagnostic cetres of Polish State Railways and Hungarian State Railways.
Track Clearance Recording Car
Measurement vehicle UPS-80 equipped with the laser scanner and photogrammetric systems, along with their custom measurement data processing and reporting software.
Geo-TEC track geometry database systems
The database makes it possible to store and process track condition data collected using track gauges. Measurement data are localised according to the actual railway network model developed for the organisation.
